The Wine Tent at DAF this year is the Villa Maria Wine Tent . Villa Maria has not only offered their wine at great prices but they are also the major sponsor of the Wine Tent and have brought a number of other sponsors and assisted in obtaining other products for us at no cost. All profits will go directly to the Pavilion Project. Villa Maria are training our bar staff and will be hosting a Pinot Noir Masterclass on the Saturday and will also be running a Wine Options Game with prizes.
As a result we also have the The Margaret River Colonial Brewing Company on board supplying some of their range of beer as well. We will also be having a number of ongoing Raffles in the tent in which will include some great prizes including a number of unique locally made rustic Cheese Boards ( locally made & kindly donated ) which include an range of King Island Cheeses ( also donated )
Traditionally the tent is open on both the Saturday with Saturday Night Entertainment and then on the Sunday as well but this year The Villa Maria Wine tent will also be open of on Friday afternoon from 5 PM to 10PM and will be run by Villa Maria Bar Staff. Entertainment has also been arrange for the Friday Night with past local resident, musician " Jonny P" ,who is still playing the rounds in the Perth and WA Music sceen, who has agree to pay free of charge in support of the Pavilion Project at the oval he once played on.
